WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

You can return items up to 28 days after the purchase date. We are able to offer a refund or exchange on the item you have purchased. All items for return must have tags still attached, with a valid receipt. Items will not be eligible for a refund or exchange if they are marked with make-up, fake tan, lotions etc. Shoes must only be tried on indoors and not show any signs of wear. 

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?

We are open from 9:30 until 5pm Wednesday to Sunday.

CAN YOU POST MY PURCHASE?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders over £100. Please call us on 01778 591128 to place an order.

I'VE SEEN AN ITEM THAT YOU DON'T HAVE IN STOCK... CAN YOU ORDER IT IN FOR ME?

Yes, please call us on 01778 591128 to order items from the Dubarry, Schoffel, Le Chameau or Culinary Concepts catalogues that we don't currently have in store.  


WHAT IF MY SIZE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN STORE?

We are able to order items in for you if you feel you need a different size that we don't currently have in stock.
